The library’s customer satisfaction survey received a total of 267 responses. We will report on the results of the survey during the spring.

The Lapland University Consortium Library’s customer satisfaction survey was open from March 10 to April 12, 2026.

Participants had the chance to win a Lippu.fi gift card in our survey. Three prizes have been drawn and delivered to the winners. Congratulations!
