Lapland University Library will introduce clarifications to its invoicing practices and will charge for books that are not returned.

Lapland University Consortium Library will invoice customers who fail to return borrowed books despite repeated reminders.

The compensation for an unreturned item will be a minimum of 50 € per publication, plus a billing fee of 5 € per invoice. Once invoiced, the material becomes the property of the customer. It can no longer be returned to the library.
